Your habit smoking employees are very likely to stop after one
session.  In my one-stop smoking session, I use a blend of techniques
including hypnosis.  People who smoke as a symptom of a deeper
rooted problem may need further sessions.  These can be arranged
privately at employees own expense if requested.

Half day sessions are only £760 for up to 4 employees.  To get your
smokers commitment you could charge them 25% of the investment
and ask them to pay the remaining 75% if they start smoking again
within 6 months.
Addiction Therapies

The psychological reasons for people becoming dependant can be
personal, specific, complex and manifold yet the underlying emotional
reasons will be more general, for example anger, guilt, shame and
fear. People who are addicted use their 'fix' because they are
experiencing extreme stress and this is their attempt to anaesthetise
the uncomfortable feelings the stress is creating in their bodies.
Assertiveness Training

Trust is such an important element in relationships and especially in
working relationships. Assertive skills promote honesty, fairness and
equality which encourages an atmosphere of trust in the working
environment. This level of training contributes to the development of
high performing teams and encourages emotional intelligence, aiming
to teach people appropriate strategies for identifying and acting on
their desires, needs and opinions whilst remaining respectful of others.

Assertive training can be offered as a stand alone one or two day
workshop or tailored more specifically to your specific industry or
needs.
 
Conflict Resolution

This workshop focuses on work based issues exploring a range of
approaches to deal with people in conflict and how these can be
practically applied. The course is specifically designed for managers,
team leaders and supervisors who want to resolve behavioural
problems within their teams. the course covers identifying problem
behaviour and looks at separating the behaviour from the person. It
also looks at effective communication and how to deliver effective
feedback. The course identifies the impact of verbal and non-verbal
communication.
 
 
Stress Management

Like it or not, Stress is a major part of our working lives. Some of
us thrive on it, some of us buckle underneath it. Whatever we think
about it, one thing is clear - too much is not good for you.
We provide Stress Management Training to develop awareness
and coping strategies for individuals. Training can be provided on
an individual coaching basis, or as a training package for a team.
 
Anger Management

Is anger the problem?
In its proper place anger is simply a normal, natural, healthy emotional
response to life lessons. For example, one should expect to feel anger
after a loss or bereavement. Anger isn't the problem but excessive or
uncontrolled anger is.
Anger that is not properly managed is a major cause of personal and
professional conflict resulting in problems that include workplace
abuse, bullying and violence, road rage, domestic abuse, divorce and
addictions, all of which are on the increase in Britain today. In the
workplace anger with inanimate objects has increased and frustration
with technology is often commonplace.
