Assertiveness Training
Trust is such an important element in relationships and
especially in working relationships. Assertive skills promote
honesty, fairness and equality which encourages an
atmosphere of trust in the working environment. This level of
training contributes to the development of high performing
teams and encourages emotional intelligence, aiming to teach
people appropriate strategies for identifying and acting on
their desires, needs and opinions whilst remaining respectful of
others.
Assertive training can be offered as a stand alone one or two
day workshop or tailored more specifically to your specific
industry or needs.
